Questions about your reading

If your rising sign result looks wrong, the cause is almost always one of three inputs: birth date, birth time, or birth place. The ascendant moves about one degree every four minutes, so even a small birth-time error can shift the result. Before writing in, double-check your birth certificate and re-run the rising sign calculator with the corrected time. If the result still seems off, include your birth details in your message and we will trace the calculation by hand — the method is documented step by step in how we calculate rising signs.

Subscription and billing

Daily alignment subscriptions are billed through Stripe, and you stay in control at all times: you can update your payment method, pause, or cancel from the manage-subscription option on your alignment page — no email required, no retention hoops. If a charge looks wrong or a cancellation does not appear to have taken effect, contact us with the email address on your account and we will resolve it directly with a reply within one business day.

Email delivery issues

If your daily briefing stops arriving, first check your spam or promotions folder and add our sending address to your contacts. Delivery times follow the hour you chose during onboarding, in your own time zone. If an email is still missing, tell us the date it failed to arrive and we can check the delivery log for your account and re-schedule your next send.

Data and privacy

Your birth data is used to compute your chart and your daily alignment — nothing else. We do not sell personal data. If you want your account and birth details deleted, send the request from the email address on the account and we will confirm once the deletion is complete. For questions about how our astrology content is researched, reviewed, and corrected, start with the editorial policy and astrology methodology. Journalists and partners are welcome to reach out through the same contact form — mention your outlet or company and we will route the message to the right person.

Response times and what to include

We aim to answer every message within 24 hours on weekdays, and account or billing issues are prioritised over general questions. You will always get a reply from a person who can actually fix the problem — there is no ticket maze and no autoresponder loop. To speed things up, include the email address on your account, a short description of what happened, and (for reading questions) the birth date, time, and place you entered, so we can reproduce the calculation immediately.
