The Rising is not financial advice, medical advice, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on your briefings are entirely your own responsibility.

• —You provide accurate birth data. Inaccurate data will produce inaccurate insights.
• —You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on your briefings.
• —You do not share your account or use the service on behalf of others without their consent.

• —Your first 7 days are free. No charge until the trial ends.
• —After the trial, The Rising costs $15/month, billed automatically.
• —Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel.
• —You can cancel at any time from your account settings — no questions asked.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to The Rising if you misuse the service, attempt to circumvent billing, or violate these terms. We will notify you before taking action where possible.

The Rising is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of any insight. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Rising is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service.
